Had a great time listening to voters at Waterfront Landings last night. Since starting this campaign, I've made a point of listening to people throughout District 7—from Magnolia to Queen Anne to South Lake Union and Belltown. Once elected, I will continue to work with communities in every part of D7 to find solutions to our public safety, homelessness, addiction, and affordability challenges.

Spent the morning at The if Project 11th annual brunch. The if Project was Started by Detective Kim Bogucki 15 years ago to help incarcerated women in Washington transition out of prison. Amazing stories!! Met an old friend and community organizer, Elaine Simon who I worked with on runaway children in the 1990s and Assistant Chief Adrian Diaz who attended with Chief Carmen Best.

Then I knocked on 120 doors this afternoon reminding people to vote — a great Sunday!
